Ivanka Trump, 36, was heavily praised by her father Donald Trump, 71, today on Twitter.
The First Daughter is in South Korea today representing the US at the Winter Olympics 2018.
Donald, known for his regular tweets, called her the “smartest” person to act as representative.
He wrote today: “ My daughter, Ivanka, just arrived in South Korea.
“We cannot have a better, or smarter, person representing our country.”
Some followers backed up the praise, saying: “I agree with you, she is indeed a decent and smart lady.”
Others slated Donald for posting the messags, suggesting the praise was misguided.
One wrote: “I can think of 323,101,282 other Americans who would be a better representation of this country than Ivanka Trump.”
Ivanka taking over from father Donald today represents her performing a very important presidential duty.
Meanwhile, the presidential delegation at the opening ceremony was lead by Vice President Mike Pence.
However, it would see Donald – has praised his daughter many times in the past – trust her.
He has previously called her “hot” and said: “If Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”
Ivanka wore a very casual outfit for the occasion, consisting of a monochrome houndstooth coat plus a white ribbed jumper and matching skirt.
Also, while in South Korea, Ivanka attended a dinner reception at the presidential office of Cheong Wa Dae.
She wore a black dress with a V-neck, black tights and a pencil skirt.
Her blonde hair was worn in loose curles and falling over her shoulders, with a central part.
She also accessorised with silver drop earrings and a simple red string bracelet.
Yesterday, Ivanka posted a revealing Instagram about her mother Ivana.
Donald and Ivana were married in 1977 before divorcing in 1992, and had three children together: Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.
But do Ivanka and her mother, a Czech-American businesswoman and former model, get on with each other now?
According to the Instagram post, which features a sweet image of the pair together, it seems they are close.
