I'm A Celebrity 2017: Jennie McAlpine gets a MOUTHFUL in latest Bushtucker Trial

A teasing clip of the gruesome task has been released by ITV and it seems that Coronation Street‘s Jennie is in for a mouthful of critters.

The pair must sit in a car while one has headphones on and has to hum a famous song for the other to guess.

When Jennie, 33, took her turn, her mouth was loaded with three chunky Witchetty grubs which she had to hold for the entirety of the song.

The Fiz Brown actress set about humming the popular Spice Girls’ hit Stop for her jungle friend.

However, it seemed that former girl band member Vanessa, 28, seemed to be lacking in Girl Power as she struggled to remember first, the group’s name and second, the song title.

Will Vanessa manage to remember her girl band ancestors or will the pressure of the Bushtucker trial blur her memory.

Yesterday’s challenge was equally as gruelling when Dennis Wise and Jamie Lomas faced the Torturous Tanks.

The footballer, 50, found himself at the mercy of one particularly cheeky crocodile which went in for a nibble at his groin.

Hosts Ant and Dec were left turning away in anticipation of disaster while the former jibed: “Oh, he’s very close to your little friend there!”

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight on ITV at 9pm.
