Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in shock at backstage video LEAK 'We love you all'

The pair were in fits of giggles after a clip of MSNBC anchorman Lawrence O’Donnell completely losing it in between advert breaks was leaked on social media.

O’Donnell has since apologised to his 2.19 million followers on Twitter, posting: “A better anchorman and a better person would’ve had a better reaction to technical difficulties. I’m sorry.”

However, Phillip Schofield claimed O’Donnell had given presenters a “bad name”.

“Have you ever wondered what happens when the cameras stop rolling or we link to a VT?” he asked viewers, before playing the mortifying video.

In it, O’Donnell lashes out at producers for talking in his ear-piece before yelling at a crew member for hammering nearby.

Afterwards, Schofield, 54, smirked: “That video is eight minutes long.”

Holly Willoughby assured viewers that the scenes would never happen on This Morning.

Addressing the This Morning crew, she enthused: “You know we love you all; you know you’re our favourites.”

Her co-star teased, looking up to bosses: “You don’t know you’re born up there.”

This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
