Health Department blasted for ‘disappointing’ response to pharmacist snooping case

Privacy Commissioner Catherine Tully said officials with the Health Department have refused to meet with her office to discuss her report on a Greenwood, N.S., pharmacist who accessed the confidential drug records of 46 people.
