Good Morning Britain guest SMASHED by viewers over etiquette opinions: 'Snotty Tory boy'

William Hanson took part in a debate on the ITV breakfast show, telling hosts Kate Garraway and Jeremy Kyle that he believes children should be taught at an early age to give up their seat for any elders, regardless of their age or condition.

However, Jeremy, 52, noted that his guest doesn’t have children and therefore maybe doesn’t understand the difficulties behind parenting.

But as William insisted that “they should be told to sit still”, viewers took to Twitter, clearly not happy about his comments.

One posted: “The pompous pr**k on #GMB right now, clearly hasn’t looked after kids.”

Another added: “Haha! Snotty little Tory Boy hasn’t got kids! Debate over! #GMB #GoodMorningBritain.”

A third agreed, saying: “Brought up with a silver spoon in his mouth. Idiot #GMB.”

A fourth commented: “This p**k on GMB is an idiot you don’t train a hold they’re not a dog! #GMB.”

This came after Jeremy Kyle was ambushed by a masked invader earlier on Good Morning Britain.

The World Championships’ official mascot, Hero the Hedgehog, burst into the studio with former runner Ewan Thomas.

Jeremy didn’t see the funny side of it, telling GMB fans: “You’re causing our director all kinds of stress!”

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV from 6am.
