Erectile dysfunction cure: This exercise gives you stronger ORGASMS and better erections

In men, just like in women, the pelvic floor is vital for the health of your lower abdomen.

The muscles control your penis, bladder and prostate – these exercises can keep your penis in great health for longer.

Seventy five per cent of men who do the exercises reported longer lasting and harder erections, according to Private Gym.

More than 90 per cent had improved sexual performance.

The pelvic muscles are what contract around the testes and base of the penis during sex, helping to contribute to harder erections. However the muscles get weaker with age, which can contribute to erectile dysfunction.

They can be exercised by clenching the muscles you use to stop the flow of urination.

“In men, urinary incontinence can be caused by a weak urinary sphincter that may result from surgery for prostate cancer, an overactive bladder, or a bladder that doesn’t contract,” WebMD reports.

“Kegel exercises can help you improve – or in some cases completely regain – bladder control.”

And the daily exercises can be incredibly helpful for men who suffere with erectile dysfunction.

In a study it was found that of men aged 20 and older 40 per cent were able to cure their erectile dysfunction completely, and 35.5 per cent improved their symptoms.

If you also find that you dribble urine from your penis even if you have stopped using the toilet, then these exercises could be for you.

It is recommend for men to exercise the muscles three times a day, squeezing them 10 times in each set for three seconds, by the Mayo Clinic.

However, don’t this as your urinate as it may cause a bladder infection.

Women should also carry out the exercises for better vagina health.

Not only do strong pelvic muscles help prevent incontinence, they also make sex better for you and your partner.

As we age or after we have children the muscles become weak causing the bladder to leak and the vagina to become slack and loose.

By holding weights in your vagina you can exercise the area – just like you would any other part of your body.
