Emmerdale spoilers: Graham Foster identity EXPOSED as Debbie Dingle learns the truth

Mysterious Graham (played by Andrew Scarborough) arrived on Emmerdale earlier in the year with evil Joseph Tate (Ned Porteous).

He instantly found himself as the sidekick to the hunky businessman, but hasn’t always wanted to help him with his dirty deeds.

Many viewers have had theories about who exactly Graham is and where he has come from, with the prevailing thought being he is a military man.

Tonight, Debbie (Charley Webb) will learn the truth about Graham and the answer is thought to be devastating.

Emmerdale viewers will no doubt be stunned this evening when Graham opens up to Debbie following on from delivering Joseph’s message.

The latter tries to get his ex to move into Jacob’s Fold as a tenant and she is naturally upset by the offer.

Graham decides to take matters into his own hands and shares vital information about Joe’s past.

How will Debbie respond when she learns everything about the pair?

Former Downton Abbey star Andrew recently opened up to Digital Spy about the “intense” scenes which will air this evening.

He explained: “I think Graham sees someone else who has also had a tough upbringing. He identifies with that a lot and I think he admires Debbie’s spirit.

“On face value they are opposites but underneath they are actually quite similar,” Andrew teased.

He went on to explain they shared many a long scene together while putting together Graham’s backstory.

Andrew continued to explain Joseph comes into his life at some point in the tragic past and even his friend doesn’t know the full truth.

He added: “Graham hasn’t told Joe everything about his past. That’s why these scenes with Debbie are important, because for Graham, he doesn’t really talk about himself a lot.

“He doesn’t give away things easily,” Andrew admitted.

Emmerdale continues tonight on ITV at 7pm.
