Last week, viewers saw Hayley open up about her past, as she asked Jean (Gillian Worth) if she really was a Slater.
After confessing that she had been sleeping rough, she noted that she’d never been invited to birthday parties or allowed to celebrate Christmas with the Slater clan.
She told how she was “blacklisted” from family events as the family thought she was “worthless”.
And it seems Hayley is only going to feel worse about her link to the Slater family.
In first-look images released by the BBC soap, she can be seen in an explosive fight with Kat (Jessie Wallace).
In Monday’s episode, tensions will rise between Kat and Hayley as the pair continue to argue.
Frustrated by Kat’s constant digs, Hayley gets her own back as she throws a drink all over her.
And by the looks of it, Kat is far from impressed.
The pair can be seen screaming at one another as they celebrate the Royal Wedding in the Queen Vic.
Meanwhile, Jean looks on horrified by what is taking place.
Will their latest argument lead to the Slate family revealing why Hayley has been excluded for so long.
Elsewhere in Albert Square next week, Shakil Kazemi (Shaheen Jafargholi) will be killed off.
The youngster will be fatally stabbed after his friend Keegan Baker (Zack Morris) steals a bike.
The pair are attacked by a gang and Shakil ends up collapsing where passers-by can’t see him.
He tries to call out to Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) for help but he thinks he’s just a drunk customer.
However, later when he checks outside the Queen Vic, he spots Keegan and manages to get him to hospital in time.
Later he is stunned to find that he could have also saved Shakil.
How will Mick cope with the news that he let the teen die?
EastEnders airs Monday on BBC One at 8pm.
