Dan Walker leaves lonely pensioner Terence in tears in ‘heartwarming’ BBC Breakfast moment

“Tears streaming at #BBCBreakfast this morning. Happy Christmas to the lovely Terrance. I hope you never spend it alone again x,” another said. 

BBC Breakfast airs weekdays on BBC One at 6am.
