Coronation Street spoiler: Stella Price to make shock comeback? Star drops MAJOR hint

With Eva (played by Catherine Tyldesley) learning the truth about her fiancé and that she is pregnant all in the same week, it seems that the poor woman needs some happiness in her life.

Amidst everything, Catherine agreed, saying that she thinks now is the right time to see the return of Eva’s feisty mum, Stella (Michelle Collins).

The 33-year-old told press including Express.co.uk: “I’d love her to return, both Michelle and Sue [Johnston, who played gran Gloria].

“It would be so great to have a mum and a gran come back because I’ve loved them so much,” she teased.

Michelle, 56, was last seen on the Cobbles in 2014, after making a big name for herself in as Cindy Beale in EastEnders.

Catherine also hinted that it could be time to see a whole new character on the Cobbles in the form of Eva’s long-lost dad.

The actress said: “He walked out when Eva was 3/4 and he packed his bags and went. That’s something I would always want them to do, to bring him in, I hope they do.

“There was no details as to why he walked out and Stella said very little about him so it would be cool to explore that,” Catherine added.

Coronation Street continues tomorrow on ITV at 7.30pm.
