Ginuwine bashed housemates Andrew Brady and Shane Jenek after it was revealed he had been put up for the public vote.
The R&B singer didn’t mince his words when he explained why he thought he had been nominated.
In the Diary Room, the 47-year-old hit maker said: “I know me, I don’t dislike anyone, but it’s a game.
“For the people that know the show and know what it can do for them – it’s probably very tactical.
“Me, I’m just over here having fun and wanting to see where I measure up with the public so let the chips fall where they may, I’m looking forward to the night whenever it is to get chosen or not chosen.”
The Pony crooner then went on to suggest that Andrew and Shane (Courtney Act) could be playing a game.
He said: “Me and Andrew talk and all that, but him and Courtney talk a lot, alone with each other. I know people come out with them and all that kind of stuff but there alone a lot and they’re probably scheming a little bit.
“It’s a game, it’s fun, do you know what I mean? So I’m pretty sure they have some type of tactic and they should.”
On last nights episode of Celebrity Big Brother, each housemate voted in the Diary Room for the first time this series.
A total of five celebrities were nominated to face the public vote but the full line-up will be revealed during tomorrow night’s live special.
However, Ginuwine was revealed as one of the stars facing the chop on Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.
While the revelation shocked the studio audience, evicted housemate Rachel Johnson didn’t seem surprised.
Asked by host Rylan Clark-Neal if she agreed with the nomination, Rachel replied: “What I think it is, is the house have realised that Ginuwine and Ashley are providing cover for each other during the evictions.”
Evictee Maggie Oliver then added: “I really like Ginuwine, but I’ve always felt like him and Ashley are playing a game and I think they’ve got a bit of competition now in Andrew and Courtney.
“I love Ashley to pieces, but she’s very smart, really switched on and I think she’ll see the Celebrity BB crown slipping away a little bit.”
Tonight, football legend John Barnes will be interviewed live on the show after being booted out of the house in a backdoor elimination by his female housemates last night.
When John learned that his time in the house was up he seemed particularly cheerful, telling Big Brother at the time: “I’m surprisingly okay because it happened so suddenly.”
