
He was up against Trisha Paytas, Sarah Harding and Chad Johnson after getting nominated earlier this week.
Speaking to host Emma Willis in his exit interview, the 34-year-old joked: “I’m milking it for all its worth. Who gets these chances?”
He went on to talk about being on the show, saying: “These moments come few and far between. I thought soak it in and enjoy the experience.”
Explaining why he thought he had been evicted, the former star of The Apprentice said: “I thought the vote bank was hard to shift. I was against the hunk of the house and the demographic of the show is mainly women.
“Then you’ve got the budding romance with Chad and Sarah.”
Karthik said that there was a “one per cent chance” of staying in.
“It wasn’t much of a surprise. I was surprised last week. It would be interesting to see the voting figures,” he admitted.
Emma, 41, then showed him who had nominated him this week which included Chad, Amelia Lily and Brandi Glanville, among others.
He reflected about the people who nominated him, saying he was “a little surprised” and “especially with Jordan and Chad as well”.
The reality star confessed that he changed his tack after initially coming across rather brash, confessing: “You have to be a people pleaser sometimes.
“I just decided I’m going to give love. If other people are playing games, let them do it.”
