Bradley Walsh halts The Chase as he uncovers link between players before epic £19k win

Just as contestant Ginger was about to give her advice, Bradley stepped in to stop the show as he commented on the team’s names.

“Hang on. Hang on, everyone. Hold the line, caller,” the host remarked as Jenny, who had already realised the link, said: “He’s got it.”

“I’ve got it. Ginger Rodgers, Fred Astaire,” the presenter called out loud as he noticed the player’s names were a play on words of the iconic American dancers.

After making his realisation, the former soap star then regained his composure to continue with the game at hand.
