The shocking scene begins with Kieran Lee being dared to suck Andrew Cruickshanks’s big toe for five seconds.
As he completes the challenge, some of the housemates are keen to repay him for his actions.
Getting closer to Kieran, Isabelle Warburton is dared to get her lips around her friend’s nipple for 10 seconds.
As the housemates count her down from 10, embarrassment kicks in and the blonde 21-year-old pulls herself away.
Viewers of Channel 5’s preview clip of the scene have already aired their disgust over the game, with one posting to the show’s Facebook account: “Iwwww this is disgusting!!!! I have seen enough of people licking housemates feet in this big brother!! First a ferret, then a rat, then a fat man and now Kieran! Making me feel so sick!!.”(sic)
Another added: “This show can’t get any worse.”
A third commented: “BB you’re going to the dogs and desperate for ratings…”
This comes after Andrew was involved in a similarly shocking scene on Monday night which saw him have all his body hair removed from the waist down.
The housemates were left reeling in horror as the Glaswegian hairdresser was screaming in agony as a beautician removed hair from very intimate areas of his body.
