The weather presenter made sure she abided with the dress code and wore an oversized black headpiece and a gorgeous modest outfit which showed off her incredible figure.
She began BBC Breakfast alongside Sally Nugent who looked sensational in a long-sleeved pink dress and fascinator.
Carol then went onto to deliver the morning forecast at Ladies Day at Ascot and told viewers it would be fairly cloudy for those having a day out at the races with the temperature reaching 22 degrees celsius.
The 54-year-old said the weather would be much more pleasant than the past few days and will feel a lot fresher across the UK today.
This morning will start off with thunderstorms across the south east and East Anglia and more thunderstorms will then reach north Wales and head towards north east England.
In Scotland and the north of England this afternoon, there will be some showers but equally a lot of dry weather and some sunny spells as well.
There will be more cloud in the Midlands later today, however Carol said there will be some sunny breaks.
In the southern counties of England and in the south west, there will be more cloud and temperatures will be significantly lower than what has been seen in the last few days.
Wales will get some brighter spells and there may be some showers in Northern Ireland later today.
This evening, there will be more rain in Northern Ireland and Scotland as the wind picks up and temperatures will be a lot better to sleep in.
