BBC Breakfast: Dan Walker forced to step in as Naga and Steph clash 'Say that to my face!'

The shock clash came as Steph McGovern revealed a guest at a home show in Birmingham had created her portrait out of screws.

Commenting on the picture, Naga Munchetty said: “It would be the absolute perfect picture of you if one of the screws was loose.”

“Ah Naga, you are shocking! Just because I’m not there. Say that to my face love!,” Steph hit back.

A stunned Dan was forced to intervene before things got out of hand, quipping: “Be nice, be nice. No need to fight you two.”

Laughing at her co-host, Naga joked: “Oh, I’m proper scared now.”

“I will be backing McGovern if that ends in a wrestling match,” Dan warned her.

Naga wasn’t impressed with his comments as she asked: “Really? Really?”

Steph and Naga were quick to clarify that they were simply joking as the latter exclaimed: “You know I love you. I’ll see you next week.”
