The viral video was filmed at Pigeon Forge in the state of Tennessee in the US.
A man was filmed trying to open the door of his car that was parked in front of his house.
At first, he failed to grab the handle before running back in fear.
On his second attempt, he managed to open the door only to find this inside the front seat.
A pile of food fell from the seat at the front of the car.
Suddenly, a black bear cub poked his nose out and leapt from the seat of the car.
He looked around the area, perhaps confused as to what opened the door, before running away.
A second bear cub quickly joined him as it also jumped from the car and ran away.
Thankfully both the man and the bear cubs escaped unharmed. The man in the video commented: “These bears just wanted to ride back to Florida with us, I’m sure.”
The video has been viewed on YouTube nearly 70,000 times since it was posted.
People online offered their own methods of trying to open the door in that situation.
One YouTube user wrote: “I’m thinking I would have tied a string to the door handle. Pulled it from a safe distance.”
Others didn’t understand the fear of the man, saying: “Just baby bears, no need to run.”
However, a reply to this proved a very good point: “Baby bears have mothers.”
Adult bears are known to be very protective of their cubs and could attack humans if they think they are at risk.
A man shocked the online community after posting a video of him playing with two large grizzly bears.
In the video, he plays peek-a-boo with them from behind a tree, showing no fear.
Bizarrely, the bears play along with him and don’t harm the man at all.
The man in question is Jim Kowalczik, who runs a wildlife rehabilitation centre in New York.
