1 dead, 3 injured following gunfire overnight in front of club in Berlin – police

One person was killed and three more injured last night in gunfire in front of a club in the Hohenschönhausen neighborhood in northwestern Berlin, local police reported.

Local newspaper BZ reports that the gunfire occurred around 2:15am local time (12:15am GMT) outside a night club in Ribnitzer Strasse.

So far there are no reports regarding the severity of the injuries of the three people. The incident was apparently preceded by a dispute between several people.

Police have cordoned off the area and say that the motive is not clear yet.
