REVEALED: Surprisingly THIS airline has one the most comfortable economy seats

When it comes to long-haul flights, the last thing most people want is to be uncomfortable.

So that extra inch of seat or leg room can really make a difference.

And for British holidaymakers who are heading to Asia this year may want to consider one of these airlines as they have been voted as having the most comfortable economy seats.

The airlines on the list come from Airline Awards 2016.

At the top of the list was Asiana Airlines – one of South Korea’s major airlines.

Although it depends on the aircraft you are travelling in, but generally this carrier’s economy seat pitch are between 32 to 34 inches and up to 18 inches wide.

Japan Airlines came in second, with similarly large, comfy seats.

The main factor for this carrier was the economy seats have a recline of 111 degrees.

Korean Air also has incredibly large and comfortable seats – similar in dimensions to Asiana Airlines.

Plus all economy seats recline up to 121 degrees, depending on the aircraft.

Singapore Airlines came in at number four for most comfortable seats.

The carrier, which was also voted the third best airline in the world in 2016, boasts wide seats of up to 18.6 inches and 115 degree recline.

And, many tall travellers complemented this airline’s ample leg room, even with the seat fully reclined.
