WATCH: Meghan Markle video shows exactly how she got the body wooed Prince Harry

Meghan Markle, 35, is known for her relationship with British royal Prince Harry, 32, and her role in legal drama Suits.

The LA-native is also known for something else, her undeniable good looks.

The health and fitness fan shared two videos to her Instagram account in 2016.

Both of the artistically shot black and white videos showed the actress working up a sweat to keep herself in shape.

The actress works out on the rowing machine, before performing some sit ups and some side planks.

She also hits the running machine, as well as skipping rope.

The first video, posted in April, was captioned: “Thank you, thank you @catalyst_101! Nobody does it like you – the very best at keeping me smiling through a workout. #Suits season 6 begins filming next week!!! @suits_usa #herewego #prisonworkout ;)’

The next post, in July, was captioned: “Getting into fighting shape for season six of @suits_usa.”

Prince Harry’s girlfriend is such a fan of the exercise she claims it is in her “blood”.

Meghan Markle picked up the habit from her mother, Doria Radlan, 60, a therapist and social worker.

The premise of the 5,000 years-old exercise might seem rather Hollywood, but even the NHS endorses yoga.

“Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing to boost physical and mental well-being,” it said.

Meghan likes to do her yoga in a dark room with candles while playing hip hop music.

She said: “My mom was a yoga instructor so that practice is in my blood. I love an intense vinyasa class – and even better if its blasting hip-hop and done in a dark room with candlelight.”

However, she isn’t always sticking to fitness and a strict diet.

Meghan has this naughty birthday tradition – and it might come as a shock considering her slim frame.
