WATCH: Man attempts to dodge giant puddle…but his nifty trick doesn’t go to plan

In the clip, a man can be seen enjoying a nice walk in a park after heavy downpour. 

But his route is suddenly cut off by a huge puddle by a gate entrance. 

Determined to make it through to the other side the man decides to take his chances and to perform a risky manoeuvre. 

After assessing the situation for a few seconds, he carefully treads towards the fence opening. 

Using both his hands he grabs on to the gate and the fence poll and pulls his body off the ground. 

But his immediate lift into the air makes it difficult for him to steady himself. 

His legs frantically move backward and forwards as he tries to find his balance, but it is too late. 

The man’s body quickly goes from a vertical position to a horizontal one and he is forced to let go and fall face first into the puddle. 

Soaked to the bone, he quickly gets up and runs through the rest of the puddle. 

In another incident involving a puddle, video footage uploaded to Facebook revealed the moment a man decided to urinate in the street, but also the karma he suffered straight afterwards. 

The clip from CCTV begins with the man shuffling around on the pavement, looking around, and checking his phone. 

After coming out from behind a parked motorbike, it becomes apparent he’s holding his crotch area with one hand, and is desperate to use the toilet.
