Vladimir Putin – the President of Russia eats THIS every day and at a surprising time

Vladimir Putin, 65, may be one of the most feared leaders in the world, renowned for strict regulation, but the time he gets up everyday may surprise you.

The President of Russia is believed to wake up late in the day and eats breakfast shortly after noon.

Cottage cheese is always on the menu, alongside an omelette and sometimes porridge, according to the Independent.

Quails eggs are sometimes an option and he washes it all down with fruit juice.

After being served coffee, and his courtiers have been summoned, he spends two hours swimming, where he apparently gets most of his thinking done.

He is often believed to keep his courtiers waiting, sometimes three or four hours, as he likes to spend time in the gym, weight-lifting and watching the news, to keep up his impressive physique.

Upon completion of his fitness regime, Putin works late into the night – reading history books, working on briefing notes and analysing Russia’s and foreign press.

The President does sway from his daily regime time and again.

As a fan of ice hockey he practises as much as he can and every few weeks organises a game.

On weekends there are sometimes study sessions in the afternoon but also language study sessions.

When Putin is not carrying out state business or working out, he spends time with his partner.

He has been linked to numerous women since he divorced his wife Lyudmila Putin in 2014

Since his marriage ended he has been linked to Alina Kabaeva and ‘the lady with the red bag’.

‘The lady with the red bag’ is the most recent woman to be linked to Putin.

A video that appeared online in July showed Putin speaking to a woman in the back of a car.

He then opened the door for her but quickly shut it again, leaving viewers wondering who she was.
