Uurnog Uurnlimited is about grabbing adorable animals. And puzzles. And sometimes accidentally blowing up everything you’ve worked to accomplish. But there’s also dogs you can take for a walk in co-op (assuming you don’t blow them up, too)!

Uurnog Uurnlimited puts a hapless hero in a world made up of block-based creatures and items. All of the blocky creatures and devices kicking around can be picked up or fiddled with, many of them having some sort of handy property or action they take when picked up or tossed around. Some shoot, some explode, and most have other wacky effects players can use to work their way through the game’s environments. All in the name of collecting the cute, blocky animals in the world!

Can’t collect things without a place to put them, though, which is where the save room comes in. Players can store their found animals in the save room, but they can also stash various power blocks there as well. This will let you solve some later puzzles by keeping extra copies of helpful blocks for later, but sometimes these things can start firing off when they’re stuffed inside the save room. Explosive blocks might help you out of a future bind, but they might also mean you come back home to a save room that’s a lethal blaze. And it’s your save room, so it’s not like you can reset it.

Uurnog Uurnlimited offers some creative puzzles for players and their co-op pal – especially for those who plan in advance – but you and your buddy better not get too attached to your save room progress.

Uurnog Uurnlimited is available for $ 14.99 on Itch.io, Steam, and the Nintendo eShop. For more information on the game and Nifflas Games, you can head to the developer’s site, the game’s site, or follow them on YouTube and Twitter.
