This Morning host Eamonn Holmes swapped his presenting duties for that of a bouncer earlier today.
He dressed up in a hat and jacket for the occasion and seemed to be a tough nut to crack.
As Rylan and Alison Hammond drove in a removal van to help pack up studio eight’s goods, Eamonn was having none of it.
He stopped the vehicle, saying: “You are not on the list!
“You’re not coming in,” Eamonn joked.
He insisted: “If you’re not on the list I can’t let you in.”
Rylan mocked outrage at the pair and set about screaming at Eamonn.
The 29-year-old yelled: “Do you know what, sort yourself out.
“This is why I left in the first place,” Rylan joked.
It was all for the sake of some giggles, however, as Rylan begged for the titles to roll before all hosts sat down for a chat about studio eight memories.
And today’s episode marked the return of Rylan’s entertainment segment, following his short break.
Viewers flocked to Twitter to say their goodbyes to the iconic studio while it is renovated over the next couple of years.
One wrote: “Last ever #ThisMorning from the Southbank, give me a moment whilst i cry in my coffee.”
Another added: “What an emotional day it will be today for @thismorning have a lovely last day in the studio.”
A third said: “t’s quite sad that today is the last day of This Morning at the South Bank. The view of the Thames is a defining part of the show, so it’ll be interesting to see if they’ve been able to recreate that at Television Centre.”
Later on in the show, Eamonn and co-host Ruth Langsford reminisced on some fond memories from the studio.
Harry Hill joined This Morning in order to play a quick game of his “Alien Fun Capsule”.
They looked at some funny moments from past years, with one including Eamonn getting his foot stuck in a football net.
Another saw Alison making a rather saucy confession.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV from 10.30am.
