The X Factor 2017: Simon Cowell STUNS Cheryl with wicked comeback 'Is that your ex?'

The 34-year-old came back to help Simon, 58, pick his final three candidates who he will take to the live shows.

They even fit in time for a quick party game of Stick It On Your Head with host Dermot O’Leary.

The first round goes smoothly, with Cheryl doing her best impression of the music mogul by saying of the game: “Darling, it’s so low rent.”

But things become cheekier when the Geordie pop star tries to describe former X Factor contestant Wagner.

Donning her best Brazilian accent, Cheryl says to Simon: “That’s not my name, Louis!”

Simon doesn’t miss a trick and promptly swipes back with a jibe about her old flame Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini: “Is that your ex-husband?”

To add insult to injury, the Syco boss tells his pal who was in hysterics that she gave him “the worst impression”.

Cheryl will make her return to the ITV talent show during tonight’s final round of Judges’ Houses.

The brunette bombshell makes a superstar entrance in a helicopter while dressed all in black.

Cheryl showed off her enviable figure with chic high-waisted black trousers and a form-fitting bralette to accompany them.

The X Factor continues tonight on BBC One at 7pm.
