The 20-year-old took to the stage to perform Alarm by Anne-Marie in a plunging red dress and it seemed the judges could not keep their eyes of her.
While she left viewers speechless with her incredible vocals, her boob-baring number also caused quite a stir in the studio.
Her mentor and judge will.i.am voiced his opinion on her dress, remarking: “That red dress and the way you sang that was f-f-fire.”
Host Emma Willis then commented on her dangerously low-cut gown, noting that she looked “smoking hot”.
But while The Voice judges gushed over the hopeful’s stunning appearance, viewers at home were less than impressed as they insisted they should focus on the singer’s voice not her clothing.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer slammed: “You should be able to rock up in your onesie/PJ’s & get the same comments….the clothes shouldn’t matter #TheVoiceUK.”
While another added: “So no one comments on what the fella is wearing? #theVOICEuk get it right lads it’s the voice NOT the dress.”
“Why are all these men only interested in her dress? #theregoesthealarm #tooyoungforyou #thevoiceuk,” a third shared.
Someone else raged: “When it’s supposed to be about the voice but they’re just going on about her looks. Cool. #thevoiceuk.”
Unfortunately for Clara she was sent home when she failed to impress viewers with her singing abilities.
Tanya Lacey, Michelle John and Jason Jones were the lucky three who made it through to the next round of the ITV competition.
The Voice UK continues tomorrow on ITV at 7.45pm.
