The Chase star Jenny Ryan says the show will be AXED if Bradley Walsh quits

The teatime quiz pulls in an impressive 3.5 million viewers on average every day and is one of ITV’s most successful daytime shows ever.

Chaser Jenny, 34, who is also known as The Vixen, believes the secret of The Chase‘s popularity is its host Bradley.

“The big thing that makes the show a success is Bradley. It wouldn’t be the show without that guy,” Jenny told the Daily Star.

“He’s fantastic. I think the show will go on for as long as Bradley wants to do it, which I hope will be a long time.”

Luckily for fans, Bradley, 56, who has presented the quiz since it began in 2009, has no plans to leave.

Jenny added: “I’m pretty sure he adores his job. He loves meeting contestants and getting to know them.”

Jenny similarly wants to stay on television as long as possible.

The Bolton Brainiac joined the ITV series in its ninth series in 2015 and is still loving every minute of it.

She added: “We feel so lucky. We were amateur quizzers but now we get to do it for a living. So there’s no way any of us Chasers would walk out.”

The Chase continues weekdays at 5pm on ITV.
