Bradley Walsh had his sights set on a beach holiday in today’s episode of The Chase.
Gareth, the first contestant of the day, had plenty of ideas about what he wanted to do with his potential winnings.
One of which included hopping on a plane and jetting to India.
He revealed: “I’m planning a trip, and any winnings would go towards that.”
Strangely enough, Bradley had something similar in mind.
The presenter revealed: “You won’t believe this: I was talking to my son about planning on doing the same.”
Elated, Gareth excitedly commented: “If I win some money I’ll take you with me!”
Bradley questioned him further about who he will be going to India with.
“I’ll take you with me if I win,” Gareth announced.
With his seat on the plane firmly sealed, Bradley devised a plan to make sure Gareth won enough money to keep his promise.
He said: “You’ll need to win a lot – do well here and get a massive offer.
“If I know the answer to the question I’ll help you.
“If I know it I’ll go like this.”
Bradley then proceeded to shout the options: “A, B, C.”
Gareth agreed to this plan proceeded to gather £8,000 in his cash-builder round.
However Bradley didn’t end up cheating throughout the game.
The group ended up getting caught by chaser Jenny Ryan in the final chase.
Yesterday’s show saw Bradley accusing a contestant of being drunk.
After not knowing the answer to a question Bradley stared at her intently and asked: “Have you been drinking?”
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV.
