Warren Buffet and Bill Gates, two of the world’s richest men, were both interviewed on separate occasions and asked the exact same question.
“If you could have any superpower what would it be?”
Without a moment of hesitation, they both responded, “Speed reading”.
Not flight, not super strength, not invisibility, or the ability to grant wishes like Alladin’s Genie… Speed reading.
And I am inclined to agree with them.
If you look back at history, all of the world’s greatest men, with a few rare exceptions, were voracious readers. The men who made the biggest impact and difference in this world were also the men who devoted themselves to massive self-education.
After interviewing more than 350 high performers, thought leaders, and industry moguls, I have compiled a list of the 50 best books that every strong grounded man must have in his personal library.
But before we dive in… I want to leave you with a word of warning.
Reading great books alone will not make you successful.
Taking massive action on the lessons that you have learned from reading those books will.
If you are looking for a nifty list of books that you can purchase to leave on your nightstand and make everyone think that you are smart, then this isn’t the article for you.
However, if you are looking for a comprehensive list of the books every man should read that will help you master your health, wealth, relationships, and happiness through consistent action, then you are in for a treat.
The books on this list have changed my life and the lives of countless high achievers, and if you are willing to apply the lessons that you learn in these pages, they will change your life too.
Oh! I almost forgot!
If you want to get any one of these books for free, I have partnered with audible.com to get each of my readers a free audiobook just to say thanks for being a part of the Knowledge for Men community.
