Terminator 6: Arnold Schwarzenegger on how sequel will ‘dismiss EVERYTHING but the basics’

Following the disastrous Terminator Genisys, the sci-fi franchise has become somewhat stagnated.

However earlier this year James Cameron, who wrote and directed the first two films in the series announced Terminator 6, which he will produce.

Arnie is back on board and Deadpool director Tim Miller will helm the project which is set to be a direct sequel to 1991’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

Now the Austrian Oak has given an exciting update on the new movie.

Arnie said: “The sixth Terminator movie is definitely going to ignore Terminator Genisys.

“And there is a high probability that Terminator 3 and Salvation will be ignored too if this is a Terminator 2: Judgement Day sequel, as cited of late.”
