The 42-year-old discovered who she will be waltzing through the winter months with earlier this week while the public will finally learn the full Strictly Come Dancing line-up tomorrow night.
However, during today’s Good Morning Britain, Richard Arnold, Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard tried their best to get the news first.
Lining up her potential suitors, Richard put his co-host against Anton Du Beke, Kevin Clifton and newcomer AJ Pritchard, basing predictions on their height.
With Kevin and Charlotte both coming in at 5’8, the GMB team noted that they’d make an excellent duo.
Recalling filming tomorrow night’s launch, Charlotte grinned: “We did the speed date dancing thing where you dance with all of them.
“I can’t stop laughing because you’re dancing really intensely with someone, or I do that British thing where you make small talk with someone.
“When it comes to the intense bit, I’ll be like ‘Oooh!’”
Charlotte is currently among the favourites to lift this year’s coveted Glitterball trophy after her bookmakers’ odds were revealed on Good Morning Britain last month.
The 42-year-old has been tipped for sixth place with odds of 16/1 to win behind the likes of Mollie King and Aston Merrygold, who is currently the hot tip to be crowned champion with odds of just 3/1.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV while Strictly Come Dancing launches at 7pm tomorrow on BBC One.
