Strictly Come Dancing 2017: WATCH Debbie McGee's astonishing Argentine Tango

The 59-year-old former magician’s assistant displayed her amazing ability in the complex Latin routine which was choreographed by ex-Strictly Come Dancing professional and king of the Argentine Tango, Vincent Simone, 38.

Debbie McGee and her partner Giovanni Pernice 27, took to the dance floor to perform the smouldering number, set to traditional music, as she showcased her eye-popping flexibility, sliding effortlessly into the splits.

Giovanni even threw the star around in several impressive lifts, before she demonstrated her perfect technique with a sequence of intricate footwork.

The crowd gave the pair a standing ovation at the end of their performance, and the judges were full of praise, with Bruno Tonioli, 61, dubbing her the “Queen of Buenos Aires”.

“The articulation and the line in those legs is outstanding,” Darcey Bussell, 48, said.

Head judge Shirley Ballas, 57, held back tears as she gushed: “I found the whole thing to be really quite emotional to be honest with you.

“I pride myself on my balance but I’ve never seen balance like that,” she added.

“I wish I could dance like you my darling,” Craig Revel Horwood, 52, told Debbie, laughing: “I do have one note, however.
