Strictly Come Dancing 2017: James Jordan BLASTS Susan Calman's routine – 'Time to go!'

The 43-year-old comedian took to the dance floor with her partner Kevin Clifton, 35, to debut their glamorous ballroom routine, but struggled to win over the judges.

Scoring a measly 21 points and finding herself bottom of the leaderboard – also having come last in the group Paso Doble-thon – Susan could potentially be in danger of elimination in tonight’s results show

James, 39, who danced as a pro on the much-loved BBC series between 2006 and 2013, lashed out at the Strictly Come Dancing hopeful in a series of vicious tweets, calling her technique “terrible”.

“Is it bad of me to say I’m bored of Susan now,” he asked his 228,000 followers, who eagerly watch his feed every week for live comments on the show.

“Susan,” he added. “They were both my favourites the first five weeks but for me brings nothing anymore.

“Predictable… All she does is walk around, no shaping, feet terrible, doesn’t look like she’s actually dancing and nearly fell off the bench,” he continued. “She hasn’t improved at all from week one.

“Time to go,” he concluded.

The judges, meanwhile, praised Susan and Kevin for their endearing narrative, with Darcey Bussell, 48, telling her: “There was definitely a glimmer of Hollywood films there.

“You could have created longer more sweeping lines,” she admitted.

Bruno Tonioli, 61, also criticised Susan’s technical ability, saying: “People love watching you but technically you’re not quite as advanced as you could be at this stage.

“Technically you need to work a bit harder,” he added.

Strictly Come Dancing continues tonight at 7.20pm on BBC One.
