Strictly Come Dancing 2017: Debbie McGee SCOLDS Anton Du Beke – did you spot it?

The BBC competition celebrated its Halloween special as the Strictly Come Dancing stars thrilled with some hell-raising routines.

And during a comical skit at the beginning of the show, Anton, 51, demanded the celebrity line-up worked harder.

“Come on guys! If you want survive Halloween, you’ll need a little more dancing and a little less messing about,” he snapped.

The camera instantly panned to Debbie McGee, who playfully snarled at the professional dancer.

Debbie promised a few surprises for her Charleston to Frankie by Sister Sledge.

Last Saturday Debbie, 58, found herself at the top of the leaderboard for the second time this series after pulling off a remarkable standing leg lift.

Head judge Shirley Ballas, 57, called the move the “best” she’d ever seen.

Addressing the compliments, Debbie gushed: “Shirley Ballas said I had the best standing leg she’d ever seen. Coming from her, that’s quite something.”

Writing in her Strictly Come Dancing column for the Daily Telegraph, the former magician’s assistant also admitted that she was bowled over the positive feedback from the judges for her tricky Latin routine, saying: “[It] was a magical night.

“The Rumba’s a tricky dance and there was a lot that could gave gone wrong,” she added. “So I was thrilled it all came together.
