Stacey Dooley has been co-presenting with regular host Matt Baker on The One Show all week.
She’s been involved in some exciting interviews and even helped Countryfile presenter Matt announced the first three Strictly Come Dancing contestants this year.
Tonight saw Stacey joined by ex Big Brother’s Bit on the Side presenter Rylan, who was covering for Matt’s day off.
The pair interviewed Ashley Banjo, Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely from dance group Diversity, and the duo seemed in good spirits on the BBC sofa.
Yet ahead of Stacey’s individual documentary segment, Rylan couldn’t resist taking a swipe at her style, teasing fellow documentarian Louis Theroux would have been a better choice.
“So there comes a moment where every baby climbs out of the cot for the first time,” Stacey segue way-ed after a piece about dancing with babies.
“Oh yeah,” Rylan exclaimed, suddenly remembering what Stacey was leading onto.
“But for Hilary from Oxford, her son George – he never stopped climbing,” Stacey continued, as it quickly became clear she was referring to the man who scaled the London Shard earlier this year.
“Well yeah he didn’t stop climbing,” Rylan cut in.
“Now I must tell you that this first film tonight contains danger, illegal activity and family drama, so who better to investigate than one of Britain’s finest, to look…”

Having trailed off, Stacey looked to the Diversity stars next to her and in smug delight pointed at herself jokily.
“Me yeah?” she mouthed with confidence.
Suddenly pretending to have a voice in his ear – one of the producers delivering a message – Rylan halted proceedings.
“Oh Louis Theroux wasn’t available…?” he teased, and Stacey grinned.
“We sent Stacey instead!” he declared, and the pair giggled.
In the pre-recorded segment, Stacey said: “19-year-old George King became the first person to scale the Shard without any safety harness or equipment. He wasn’t arrested but did receive a police caution.
“I think initially when the news broke, none of us could understand why anybody in their right mind would put themselves in such a compromising position.
“Then you think you know he’s only 19, his mother must have been completely petrified,” Stacey added.
Stacey spoke about her own experience on Strictly Come Dancing on The One Show this week, and teased her own return to the BBC series.
The One Show continues Monday at 7pm on BBC One.
