The Saturday Night Live season premiere wasted no time satirizing Donald Trump’s response to the devastation in Puerto Rico, with portrayer Alec Baldwin back as POTUS to take a call with San Juan mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz (played by Melissa Villasenor).
