SAG Awards 2018: Halle Berry, Dakota Fanning and Vanessa Kirby among best dressed

The SAG Awards took place in LA on Sunday night, with actress Kristen Bell as the ceremony’s first ever host.

Alison Janney in ‘I, Tonya’, Alexander Skarsgard in ‘Big Little Lies’ and Nicole Kidman in ‘Big Little Lies’ were some of the winning performance on the night.

But who impressed on the red carpet on the night?

British actress Vanessa Kirby, 29, grabbed people’s attention in a sheer sequin dress decorated with multi-coloured flowers.

The dress shimmered in the bright lights and showed off Vanessa’s well-toned frame.

A bright red lip and her hair swept off her face accentuated the detail on the gown.

Halle Berry, 51, also looked radiant in a sheer dress.

She dared to bare with a plunging neckline, but a black mesh overskirt helped keep her look classy.

Dakota Fanning, 23, highlighted her pale complexion in a nude-coloured strapless number, which featured silver banding round the top and metallic waved stripes on the skirt.

Stranger Things‘ Millie Bobby Brown, may only be 13, but already making a statement in the style stakes she posed on the red carpet in a Calvin Klein By Appointment dress.

The style theme of the night appeared to be glitz and glam, and Millie’s dress didn’t disappoint as it covered in baby pink sequins.

She kept the look young by wearing a pair of fresh white converse trainers and her hair in two buns at the side of her head.

But some stars didn’t quite hit the red carpet mark and showed up in some bizarre outfits.

So who made the worst dressed list

Kate Hudson, 38, famous for her roles in films such as How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and You, Me and Dupree, opted for a pink Valentino dress, but her choice of gown didn’t seem to impress.

The dress was baby pink and featured a black heart print.

A black bow at the waist accentuated her slim waistline but tiers of ruffles int he skirt hid the rest of Kate’s slender frame.
