Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have invited their first guest to their wedding, a 18-year-old from Northern Ireland.
The 36-year-old actress and the 33-year-old prince have extended an invitation to their big day to Daniella Timperley, from Randalstown.
An accomplished young woman has done a huge amount of charity work for survivors of domestic abuse.
In an announcement made by her school, St Louis Grammar School in Ballymena, on Twitter it was said: “ What a week it has been for Daniella! Not only was she named Top Youth Volunteer 2018, she has also received an invitation to the royal wedding of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle as a result of her extensive charity work!”
Daniella is passionate about women’s rights, much like Meghan herself.
On March 22 it was announced that wedding invitations had been posted on behalf of Prince Harry and Meghan.
This is the first such invitation to a member of the public to come to light.
On the same day Kensington Palace said of the invitations: “The invitations follow many years of Royal tradition and have been made by @BarnardWestwood.
“They feature the Three-Feathered Badge of the Prince of Wales printed in gold ink.
“Lottie Small, who recently completed her apprenticeship, printed all of the invitations in a process known as die stamping, on a machine from the 1930s that she affectionately nicknamed Maude.”
Prince Harry and Meghan announced they would be inviting 2,640 members of the public on the day.
This number will include 1,200 people, who have demonstrated strong leadership in their communities, such as Daniella.
However, only 600 people have been invited to the actual service inside St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
Prince Harry and his bride to be are tying the knot on May 19, however, a psychic medium Suzie Kerr Wright has revealed this could mean the couple face some “problems”.
She told Good Housekeeping: “Meghan and Harry will spend the next seven years creating innovative solutions to problems in the world.
“Their focus will be on solving the Earth’s problems with resources and homelessness.”
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s florist was recently revealed to be Philippa Craddock.
It was also revealed that Meghan will make a sweet tribute to Princess Diana with her wedding flowers.
She will carry peonies, a personal favourite, and white garden roses as a nod to Princess Diana.
Princess Diana’s White Garden at Kensington Palace is a nod to the late royal, the mother of Prince William, 35, and Prince Harry.
