It was thought that the new Legendary Outfit would be launched a little later today.
However, it has now been confirmed by Epic Games that their new Raven Fortnite Skin is now available to buy.
They posted a new teaser on Twitter, along with the caption: “From the depths of the storm he knocks, In the battle now he walks, Breaking down the chamber door, Available now, in the store.
“New Raven Outfit and Feathered Flyer Glider in the shop now!”
As expected, the new Raven Skin is a Legendary purchase, meaning it costs 2000 V-Bucks to buy in-store.
And it appears that the new skins is proving pretty popular, with Epic Games confirming that issues are currently affecting people buying the new Raven Skin.
“We are aware of some players having issues when purchasing V-Bucks. We are checking into it,” Epic Games posted.
It appears that the problems with buying the Raven Skin is only currently affecting players on PC and Mac.
From the new images posted by Epic Games, the new Raven skin will include a black costume, including a veiled figure featuring purple eyes.
And as looks go in Battle Royale, it’s pretty unique.
For those who might be speculating over what the Raven skin is in reference to, it appears to have a lot in common with Revenant from Paragon.
Both sport the glowing eyes, although unless Epic Games actually announce the link, it’s merely speculation at this time.
The new Raven Skin also comes with a new Glider, complete with feathers.
And this isn’t the only new content released by Epic Games this week, with other big changes made to the game by the development team.
Vending machines in Fortnite have gone live thanks to the recently released V3.4 content update for PS4, Xbox One, Fortnite Mobile, PCs and Macs.
The Fortnite vending machines went live yesterday, with the new feature letting Battle Royale players trade spare materials for items.
Each vending machine offers three different deals, with rarities, items and weapons all chosen at random.
The vending machines went live in Fortnite yesterday without the need for players to update the game.
This is thanks to the newly announced ‘content updates’ for Fortnite.
Explaining the new feature, Epic Games said: “Starting this week, we are doing things a little differently.
“Every other week we will drop new content without the need for an update. These will be called Content Updates.
“This new cadence allows us to iron out more complex bugs, while continuing to provide fun content every week.”
