Thankfully, new showrunner Dailyn Rodriguez confirmed James is set to play a major part in the next season, so there are hopefully no fears of Teresa’s potential love interest disappearing halfway through.
New updates have certainly been appreciated during production, which was initially put on hold due to the outbreak of the pandemic back in March.
However, now the show’s filming schedule has been back on track since November, viewers are still keeping their eyes open for any hint for when Queen of the South will actually air next year.
