Queen Letizia looks festive in over-the-knee red suede boots and matching coat

Queen Letizia is giving the other royals a run for her money in a pair of red suede boots today.

The 45-year-old looked incredible as she was photographed walking down the street in a red outfit.

Festively-themed, the Spanish royal is clearly looking forward to Christmas and all that brings.

The King of Spain’s wife dazzled as she was papped walking down the street in the sexy boots with a matching red coat.

The former-journalist was walking to a meeting at the AECC – Spanish Association Against Cancer – this morning.

She is an honorary president of the AECC, and was spotted in the Spanish capital.

Letitia looked slender in the outfit, showing off her fit physique.

The Queen of Spain is considered one of the most beautiful and glamorous women in the world of royalty, but how does the Spanish royal stay in such great shape

Her slim frame is reportedly all down to a particular diet she follows that many will have never heard of.

On a day-to-day basis the Spanish royal eats foods which are part of the Perricone diet.

According to nutritionists, it’s one of the healthiest for prioritising health eating over weight loss.

Dr Ruben Bravo of the European Medical Institute for Obesity told Think Spain the diet is good for balancing needs.

He said: “There may be a thousand and one was of losing weight, but the end does not always justify the means, because you need to think about what’s good for your health long-term and not fall into a vicious circle of rebound weight gain, metabolism disorders and other risks that counteract the effectiveness of different slimming plans.”
