Viver Green is a new site in Hincaster, Cumbria, that will contain 19 homes when it is completed.
Each of the detached and semi-detached properties will be either four or five bedrooms, and the whole development sits on 12 acres of rolling countryside.
But the stunning interiors and amazing views are not the only benefit potential buyers will enjoy.
The houses have been built by eco-developer Egg Homes, and homeowners can expert to save a whopping 75 per cent on their electricity costs when they move in.
The area will also benefit from a community orchard available for use by residents, the local community and local charity Growing Well.
Any eco-credentials of the home are not at the expense of the stunning interior.
Homes make the most of natural light, with plenty of full length windows so homeowners can enjoy the views all around.
Kitchens are finished to a high standard, with modern country units installed.
And the bathrooms are built to an equally high specification, with sleek white fixtures and marble tiles.
Egg Homes Viver Green properties cost from £445,950, with some costing over £800,000.
Annual management and maintenance costs are listed as below £600 for owner occupiers and £1,200 for second homeowners.
The stunning eco homes have come on to the market as the UK’s most affordable postcodes have been revealed.
A tool created by web-blinds.com looked at how much Britons would need to earn per hour in order to purchase an average priced home in each of the UK’s postcodes.
Minimum wage is £5.60 per hour for 18-20 year olds, rising to £7.50 for those aged 25 and over.
But luckily for house hunters, not one of the postcodes on the list would require earnings more than minimum wage to buy.
Web-blinds also revealed the least affordable UK postcodes, with every single one located in London.
