Princess Eugenie, 28, will marry Jack Brooksbank, 31, on October 12, and it is easy to draw parallels with the royal wedding of Meghan Markle, 36, and Prince Harry, 33, which took place earlier this year.

While Eugenie is a high profile royal who frequently attends royal celebrations, she is under no obligation to do so.
Because she has no official duty to the public, she is not expected to take a carriage ride through Windsor, as Meghan and Harry did.
However, she may do so with her future husband if she wishes.
What’s more, it is likely there will be less security at her wedding compared to Meghan and Harry’s.
This is because there is not as much interest in Princess Eugenie’s wedding, as she has a lower profile compared to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Finally, Eugenie did not have to seek official permission from the Queen to become engaged to now fiancé Jack Brooksbank.
