Meghan wore a plum coloured ensemble with an on-trend leather jacket in exactly the same hue to the event.
The brunette actress beamed as she sat though the games, which were founded by her beau Prince Harry.
The games took place in Toronto this year, and the event was created by the British prince for injured servicemen and women to compete.
Reports claim the Prince also visited the set of Suits during the trip. This is where girlfriend Meghan films for her role in the legal drama.
She plays a sexy paralegal named Rachel Zane, who is also the love interest of one of the main male characters.
A source told Hello! Canada that Prince Harry was excited to see Meghan in action on set.
They said: “He was super low key, met some crew and was so happy to watch his lady.”
The Invictus Games, which began on Saturday, is now in its third year.
Wounded former servicemen and women from 17 countries are competing in the sporting events.
Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Netherlands, New Zealand, UK and US all have representatives in the games.
According to certain courses Meghan and Harry met at the games last year.
