“We’ve got an amazing team downstairs who will do it for her,” Phillip explained, to which Holly told the guest: “Come in. We’ll help you.”
After Alison told Melissa the presenters were going to help, the competition winner burst into tears, with the reporter giving her a hug.
“Thank you because it was really worrying me,” she added, to which her colleague told her: “We’ll sort it, she can come over here.”
Even Alison was emotional as the segment ended with the hosts telling their guest they couldn’t wait to meet her in the coming weeks.
