Pediatricians need more information on medical marijuana for kids, study says

About half of Canadian pediatricians surveyed say they’ve had a young patient who has used cannabis for medical reasons, but most are unwilling to prescribe it due to a lack of evidence about its effectiveness or safety for children and adolescents.
