OnePlus unveil new HALF PRICE promotion, ahead of OnePlus 6 launch

OnePlus has announced a new promotion for the Spring Equinox.

The Chinese smartphone start-up has dropped the price of its Priority Shipping package by 50 per cent.

Priority Shipping promises to deliver your new OnePlus handset within three working days.

OnePlus says, “90 per cent of priority orders are sent out from our warehouse within 2 working days. The order will be shipped by air transport and delivered within 3 working days.”

Those who want to get their hands on the latest flagship, OnePlus 5T, as soon as possible should take advantage of the offer, which ends March 22nd.

The news comes as OnePlus prepares to launch its next flagship smartphone.

Dubbed OnePlus 6, the all-new phone is tipped to sport an edge-to-edge display, dual-camera system and rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The new handset will be unveiled late in Q2 2018, .

The smartphone start-up’s second financial quarter runs from April 1st to June 30th.

If the company is targeting the end of that quarter, we can expect the OnePlus 6 to launch in a similar timeframe to the OnePlus 5 last year.

Elsewhere, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau also confirmed the processor that will power the next-generation handset.

Like the much-rumoured Samsung Galaxy S9, the OnePlus 6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.

“Of course, there’s no other choice,” Pete Lau told CNET during the CES tradeshow in Las Vegas earlier this month.
