Nicole Scherzinger exercise: Workout plan of X Factor judge to get enviable body REVEALED

Nicole Scherzinger, 39, is currently a judge on ITV’s The X Factor, and many across the UK also consider her to have the best body on TV.

Naturally beautiful, Nicole does still have to put in work to keep her figure looking its best, and she makes sure to get her exercise in wherever she is in the world. Nicole has previously spoken to Express.co.uk about her diet plan, and admitted the former Pussycat Doll doesn’t follow a strict diet regime.

Speaking to Express.co.uk, Nicole revealed her usual routine, and said: “I usually try to get a workout in first thing because it jumpstarts my day off right.

“I like to do hot yoga – I like my yoga really hot – or spin class or a really fun dance cardio class. Or run.”

In fact, eagle-eyed Londoners may spot Nicole jogging around the famous landmarks of the city, as she admitted to getting out in the fresh air for a run while she is filming The X Factor.

She continued: “When in London I used to always just run around the park, or around Docklands.

“I run all the time, no one can keep up with me, and no one wants to run with me so I just run on my own.

“I put glasses on and a hat and I run, and if people recognise me I just run off fast. Recently I was running along Westminster in the summer, it is so beautiful, and I was just running along and people said they saw me!”

One thing Nicole is not a fan of is aggressive personal trainers or overly intense classes.

She revealed: “Someone was telling me about something that shocks you when you work out – that type of stuff doesn’t work for me because I’ve worked out for so long that you wanna be excited to go work out, you already don’t wanna work out so you don’t want to feel like ‘oh my god I’m gonna die’.

“I’ve had a couple of different trainers where afterwards I just felt like I was dreading going to them, as opposed to some trainers you go to and you don’t feel like you are killing yourself but you get results with your body.

“I don’t like it when they yell at you, or yell really loud.

It isn’t all exclusive classes and personal trainers though, as Nicole has her own gym at home she uses, and she is even about to buy an unexpected piece of equipment – a Stairmaster.

She explained: “I think I’m going to invest in a Stairmaster so my butt can be perky.

“Because I was gonna get a bike, but a friend of mine who is a trainer said ‘you should get a Stairmaster’, and I said I’d never really done Stairmaster.

“I just moved into my home in LA, I’ve not had a home for two years as my last home when I did X Factor got flooded. I moved in two weeks ago. It took a long time, I’m really excited, I have a little gym.”

Living in LA, Nicole is used to seeing celebrities left, right and centre, and she even works out with one famous British star.

She revealed: “I’ve taken SoulCycle spinning classes with David Beckham in LA, because we have the same favourite teacher that we love there.”
