With Courtney Grixti (played by Emma Lane) luring in men left, right and centre with her special “massages”, Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) and Dipi Rebecchi (Sharon Johal) found themselves in a desperate bid to win back their wandering men.
Shane Rebecchi’s (Nicholas Coghlan) eyes were positively popping out of his head when he took one look at his wife dressed head-to-toe in silk red lingerie.
However, after promising him the massage of his life, the foolish man was too tired after already having one from Courtney earlier in the day.
Things weren’t much different at the Kennedy household when unsuspecting Susan dressed as a Swedish nurse for Karl (Alan Fletcher).
With thigh-high baby pink boots on and a ridiculously tight white corset accentuating her bust, the head teacher couldn’t believe what she was hearing when Karl turned her down.
She had even got her mysterious “blue box” out from under the bed, but her husband would rather wait until he had recovered from the morning’s activities.
Naturally, both women were furious at their partners for rejecting their sexual advances while their men remain coy about what is really going down at the spa.
It looks like the secret is about to burst open faster than Susan’s corset – but will the men emerge unscathed?
Viewers were completely overwhelmed by the sight of the long-running character donning such a provocative outfit, taking to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One posted: “Neighbours needs to move to a later time slot if they gonna turn Susan Kennedy into that.” (sic)
Another added: “Oh Susan no! Some things you just can’t unsee.”
A third was confused, commenting: “Am I the only one seeing Susan Kennedy dressed like this?”
Neighbours airs weekdays on Channel 5 at 1.45pm and is repeated at 5.30pm.
