Season 11 of the procedural military crimes series was cut short prematurely earlier this year, with the remaining episodes eying a late 2020 release by rolling onto the beginning of season 12.
Millions of viewers await the continuation of the action drama with baited breath as the most recent episode saw Grisha Callen (played by Chris O’Donnell) and Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) venture further into Afghanistan.
Producers for the series have promised more will be revealed about the mysterious new villain for the series, Argento (Juan Riedinger) in the remaining two episodes.
Meanwhile, the cast and crew have continued to exercise lockdown restrictions, and NCIS star LL Cool J has given some insight into his life in the quarantine.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter in their new ongoing series of interviews with Hollywood stars, producers and writers during the lockdown, LL Cool J revealed the easiest and most challenging parts of staying at home.
The NCIS star said: “The easiest adjustment for me is staying in the house. Most people probably wouldn’t think it at first glance, but I’m actually an introvert.
“So, for me, staying in the house is not a problem at all. I’ve never been a party animal anyway, so that’s probably the easiest part.”
As well as appearing in all 11 seasons of NCIS: Los Angeles, LL Cool J is renowned for his rapping career, as well as hosting the Annual Grammy Awards for five consecutive years between 2012 and 2017.
THR asked LL Cool J about his new record deal last year, to which he responded: “Yeah, I am definitely experimenting and working on trying to figure out the best approach to that. It’s very challenging, but I’m working on it.”
LL Cool J’s last album, Authentic, was released in 2013, but he has also collaborated with other artists on new singles up to 2016.
The rapper continued to provide some insight into how he believes the music industry could change following the coronavirus pandemic.
He said: “I think the pandemic is going to influence a lot of music out there but [how] it that remains to be seen. There’s gonna be a lot of that so I just have to let my inspiration come naturally, not try to be contrived in that regard.”
